Bids or proposals may not be returned or submitted electronically, they must be submitted on hard copy.
Any deviations or exceptions to the terms and conditions must be noted in the space provided for such. 


Granbury ISD reserves the right to accept and/or reject any/or all bids or proposals, to waive any technicalities and/or irregularities and to award bids or proposals in the best interest of the District. 


Notice: If it is necessary to issue any changes to the specifications for a bid or proposal, an addendum shall be issued and posted under "Bid Opportunities." All questions pertaining to bid specifications must be presented in writing to the attention of the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations, L. O. “Dobie” Williams, at and Debbie Johnson, Purchasing Manager, at debbie.johnson@granburyisd.orgQuestions may also be faxed to (817) 408-4033.  It is the vendor’s responsibility to check this site for any addenda. The Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations is the only district employee authorized to issue addenda for bids and proposals. Therefore, the district is not responsible for verbal information or instructions that are provided by other departments.
