  • AUSTIN RACING TEAM SUPPORTS GRANBURY STUDENTS

    May 20, 2013 - The F1 in Schools competition brought Granbury High School's Team Axium together with a squad from Austin Akins High School just prior to the storms that devastated the community on May 15, 2013. Two days after the tornado, the group from Austin delivered several items to assist Granbury students and families affected by the storms.

    May 20, 2013 - Granbury High School tennis player Kasi Krieger announced that she will be continuing her education and playing career at the University of the Southwest in Hobbs, New Mexico. The announcement was made on May 18, 2013, at the Hood County News Tennis Festival at Pecan Plantation Country Club.
