Operation School Supplies is a local charitable organization that provides school supplies to Hood County children whose families are in economic need. Students must be enrolled in Granbury or Tolar Independent School District.
Please complete an application in its entirety and mail by July 19, 2013, to:

Please list all of the social services being received by the family so that the family’s need can be determined. School Attendance, County Residency, and Economic Need will be verified for determination of eligibility.
Applications may be turned in to the schools or mailed to the post office box.
Distribution will be Thursday, August 8, 2013, at the GISD Bridge Street Conference Center, which is located at 600 W. Bridge Street (corner of Jones and Bridge Streets).
