Students participating on athletic teams at Acton Middle School or Granbury Middle School must have physical examinations by Wednesday, September 2, 2009.

The exams are required by the University Interscholastic League (UIL) and must be completed before a student may participate in any practices or games.

Those students who do not have the exams completed by the deadline will be placed in physical education classes.

Forms for the examinations are available on the Granbury ISD website at www.granburyisd.org/athletics.
