With a combined score of 356, the Granbury High School team placed first among twelve squads competing in the tourney.  The boys finished ahead of Fort Worth Paschal (360, second) and Aledo (362, third).

Individually, Riley Summer shot 85 strokes and tied for third place (lost in scorecard playoff).  Scores for the other team members were:  Mason Meek, 86; Patrick Sauer, 88; Kory Keeton, 97; and Jagar Mellencamp, 100.

“I am very pleased with this group of guys,” commented GHS golf coach Steve Ward. “They are all sophomores, and their hard work is paying off.”
