This is a legitimate email from Eduhero. If you did not receive or cannot find that email, you may still access your account by signing in with Google as described.)

  • Status and completion are automatically tracked and documented within the Eduhero system. Once you complete the plan, no further action is required.

Flex Day / Comp Time:
  • Granbury ISD designates Friday, May 28, 2027, as a Flex Day for employees who complete the annually required compliance training outside of their contract, by October 1, 2026. Employees who do not complete all training by the deadline will report to work on May 28 for Campus PD.
  • Exempt employees are to complete the Eduhero course plan by the completion due date in order to earn the Flex Day. If completed by the deadline, your name will be provided to your supervisor as an employee who successfully earned the flex day.  Friday, May 28, 2027, is the only contract day designated as a Flex Day. The day may not be exchanged.
  • Non-exempt employees are to complete the Eduhero course plan by the completion due date in order to earn the Flex Day. If completed by the deadline, the employee will be allocated 8 hours of comp time in their Skyward Employee Access account approximately 2 weeks after the training due date. Once allocated, non-exempt employees may use the comp time prior to the dedicated Flex Day; however, if the non-exempt employee does not accrue enough comp time to use on May 28, he or she will be docked for the day. Note that any training non-exempt employees complete with their department during regular work hours does not qualify for comp time.

Timelines:
  • The completion deadline is October 1. Non-exempt employees will be allocated the comp time by October 15.
  • Employees hired after October 1 have until December 31 to complete the training. Non-exempt employees will be allocated the comp time by January 14.
  • Employees hired after December 31 have until March 11 to complete the training. Non-exempt employees will be allocated the comp time by March 25.
  • Employees hired after March 11 will complete the training on contract time and are ineligible to earn the Flex Day.
