FOUNDATION HONORS TOP GHS STUDENTS, TEACHERS
May 9, 2014 - The Granbury ISD Education Foundation honored the top 25 students in the Granbury High School Class of 2014 during the third annual Academic Recognition Banquet on May 8, 2014, at the Granbury Resort Conference Center. The banquet also included the students honoring the Granbury ISD employees who most influenced their education.

September 9, 2013 - The GISD Outdoor Learning Center is taking shape, as volunteers continue to clear the area for instructional use. The group plans a workday on Saturday, September 14, 2013, from 8:00-11:00 A.M. in the area just behind Acton Middle School.

SHINER ENERGY DONATES SCHOLARSHIP MONEY TO GEF
September 5, 2013 - Shiner Energy & Consulting Corp. donated $10,000 to the Granbury ISD Education Foundation to establish a scholarship to be awarded next spring to a Granbury High School student athlete. The presentation was made September 4, 2013.

FOUNDATION RECEIVES LARGEST DONATION TO DATE
June 11, 2013 - The Granbury ISD Education Foundation received a $25,000 donation from the Granville C. and Gladys H. Morton Fund of the Communities Foundation of Texas. This marks the largest donation to date for the education foundation.
