    Students taking Dual Credit Courses must be TSI (Texas Success Initiative) compliant before registering for classes. Please visit with a high school counselor for any questions on eligibility. 

    The testing center located in Weatherford is offering proctored TSI exams online. The exam is scheduled and paid online through this Registerblast link.
     
    If you need assistance with the scheduling and payment process, please contact the testing center located on the Weatherford campus at testing@wc.edu.

    After you have registered & paid your fee, you will receive an email a day or two before your scheduled appointment in regards to proctoring information, Zoom meeting ID, and TSI voucher.

    It is a first come first serve basis and appointments are limited. 

    Please be sure to complete the Pre-Assessment Activity, this activity is a requirement for TSI testing.

  • For students taking one or more dual credit courses with Weatherford College for the 2022-23 school year. 

    Below are important steps that your student MUST complete as well as a course listing with instructors: 

    For NEW/Current DC students:

    The website provides a step-by-step guide and a video to ensure all necessary steps are taken by the student to be ready for FALL courses at the Granbury High School. 

    Below is a quick reference of some items listed on the Weatherford College website that will need your action: 

    NEW TO DUAL CREDIT/NEVER TAKEN A DUAL CREDIT CLASS

    EXISTING WEATHERFORD COLLEGE DUAL CREDIT STUDENT/TOOK DUAL CREDIT AT GHS BEFORE

    1.       Complete and submit Apply Texas Application at

    www.goapplytexas.org You should receive an email from Weatherford College that includes the student’s WC ID Number, Username, WC email, and password details 

    1.       View the help video for Coyote Connect. https://www.wc.edu/coyoteconnect-training

    2.       Sign up to take the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) test. The testing center located in Weatherford is offering proctored TSI exams online. The exam is scheduled & paid online through this Registerblast link. Cost is $25. You will need to take the Reading and Writing portion of the TSI test if you signed up for any of the following classes: English, History, Government, and Biology. You will need to sign up for the Math portion of the TSI test for Contemporary Math, College Algebra, and Biology.

    After you have registered and paid your fee, you will receive an email a day or two before your scheduled appointment in regards to proctoring information, Zoom meeting ID, and TSI voucher. It is a first come first serve basis and appointments are limited.

    2.       Log on to Coyote Connect. Please be sure to use your full WC email address: first initial of your first name, your last name (dot) four numbers that are provided to you via the email from WC admissions [example: aatkins.1234@wcstudents.wc.edu]. Once you click the link, a Microsoft login is required (full WC email) then Coyote Connect should open.

    3.       Complete the Pre-Assessment Activity PRIOR to the TSI exam. It must be completed or you cannot test.  Copy and paste link below into your browser:

    3.       If you get an error message, you need to contact the WC technology department using the following link: https://www.wc.edu/campus-administration/technology-services/request-technical-support 

    4.       Take the TSI test.  Reading and Writing for English, History, Government, and Biology classes. Math for Contemporary Math, College Algebra, and Biology. 

    4.       Register and pay for classes. (See course numbers/instructor names below)

    5.       After you receive the email from the WC admissions office, you will want to begin sending any documents needed to remove holds to admissions@wc.edu. Please include the student WC ID# on every document emailed to Weatherford College. Student records will be updated in the order that they are received. 

    5.       To apply for financial assistance, fill out the free application for FAFSA online, https://www.wc.edu/financial-aid/dual-enrollment-grant 

    6.       View the help video for Coyote Connect.     https://www.wc.edu/coyoteconnect-training 

     

    7.       Log on to Coyote Connect. Please
