Catering orders MUST be placed 7 business days prior to the event. There is a 10-person minimum to order. 

A quote from Child Nutrition is required before a PO can be placed. 

Please complete the following steps to receive a catering quote: 

1. Go to www.granburyisd.org/catering. Complete the “Catering Quote Form.” The Catering Quote Form will go directly to the Catering Manager in Child Nutrition.
2. When the Catering Manager receives the form, they will contact you within 48 hours via email with your quote. Should you need to add, change or remove any items please let the Catering Manager know ASAP.
3. If you accept the quote, place your requisition and send approved PO to Catering Manager. PO’s must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to the event.
4. You will be responsible for setting up the event location in SchoolDude.
5. Should you need a catering staff member for your event, it will cost $25 per hour.
6. After the catering event, you will receive a detailed invoice.
