Technology Help Desk
The Technology Department has changed Help Desk software to SchoolObjects Eduphoria.
Teachers and Staff may access the new Help Desk software by the Internet by accessing eduphoria.granburyisd.org. A link is also available on the district website's Employee Center.
Enter in your network username and password (the same for logging on to your computer and email) as shown below:Then click Login.
If an error returns stating that the username could not be found, please email email@example.com or call 4125 so we can get you entered into the system.
By using the web interface, you can enter work orders, track work orders, and submit surveys on completed work orders.
The firstname.lastname@example.org email address is no longer active and the emails are being returned as undeliverable.
You may still enter work orders by emailing email@example.com or by calling the Help Desk at extension 4125.
