Welcome! I am so excited about this school year and this class of children! I can already tell it is going to be a great year. This is my twelfth year to teach at Emma Roberson. Ms. Lambert and the rest of the staff are just as excited as I am and I know they are all going to make this year a successful one.
I grew up in Granbury and attended Granbury schools from kindergarten until I graduated in 1986. I graduated from Tarleton State University with my degree in Exercise and Sports Studies. I have three children Jacob is 21 and is a customer service rep at Lowes , Joshua is 18 and will be a freshman Tarleton State University. My youngest is Rachel who is 17 and will be a junior at GHS and varsity softball player. I am so fortunate to get to teach in the town I grew up in and give back to a community that gave so much to me. I enjoy spending time with friends and family
We have 2 prekindergarten teachers with one being bilingual. We have big plans for our students.
Your child’s time here is critical and will be well spent. He or she will have opportunities to explore, create, think, work with others, read, write, and play! I believe that with your help this year will be a terrific year that you and your child will never forget.
