Attention Granbury ISD student athletes, band members, andextracurricular participants for the 2026–27 school year.

Students participating in UIL activities will need a newphysical to be eligible for the upcoming school year. This includes allincoming athletes, band members, extracurricular participants, and any newathletes.

Physical Dates
May 1 – Granbury Middle School
May 4 – Acton Middle School
May 12 – Granbury High School

All physicals will be conducted during the school day andare FREE, courtesy of Lakeside Physicians.

What to Know
• Students must bring a signed copy of the UIL Pre-Participation Physical Formto physical day

Completed forms may be emailed [email protected] or turned in to a coach during summer workouts.

Students must have a valid physical on file by August 1,2026 to participate in after-school workouts.
