EECU Customer Care Awards presented to Emma Roberson Early Learning Academy

Granbury ISD’s EECU Customer Care Awards were presented to Emma Roberson Early Learning Academy during monthly campus visits with the Board of Trustees and district administrators on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Laura Brown and Anita Heiser were presented with the EECU Customer Care Awards, an award given to deserving employees. At the presentation, Emma Roberson ELA Principal Kellie Lambert praised Laura and Anita for their dedication to the district, campus, and to the students.

Mrs. Lambert said the following about Laura Brown:

“Laura is one of the most caring and compassionate teachers at ERELA. The time she dedicates to students and families is unmatched. Even when students leave our campus, she remains in contact with them and their families. If there is a student in need, she will be the one to be their fearless warrior. Don't let her soft spoken and quiet demeanor fool you, she is an amazing advocate for her students, families, colleagues and our campus.”

Mrs. Lambert said the following about Anita Heiser:

“Anita has been taking care of kids, parents, teachers and administrators for the past 30 years. She found her home at Emma Roberson for the last 20 years and we could not make it without her! She has been the best administrative assistant! If you need someone in your corner to help you with anything and everything, she is the one. Thank you for taking care of all of us for so many years. We appreciate you more than you will ever know! We love you!”

The district thanks EECU for their partnership and for the gifts presented to Customer Care winners.
