Granbury ISD’s EECU Customer Care Awards were presented to the Administration Building, Support Services, and Child Nutrition on Friday, April 24, 2026.
Rhonda Guerra, Jovahana Morin, and Marisol Castillo were presented with the EECU Customer Care Awards, an award given to deserving employees. At the presentation Director of Support Services Bryan Johnson and Director of Child Nutrition Amy Whiteley praised Rhonda, Jovahana and Marisol for their dedication to the district, campus, and to the students.
Mr. Johnson said the following about Rhonda Guerra:
“As the secretary for Support Services, Rhonda has been dedicated to the success of our team since day one. Behind the scenes, Rhonda supports each team member individually with any need, coordinates all staffing needs, coordinates communication with the team, assists with all financials, always has a positive attitude, and does so much more. Rhonda does all of these things with professionalism and care for the team each and every day. Rhonda's work doesn't just support the department; it strengthens the entire district.”
Mr. Johnson said the following about Jovahana Morin:
“Jovahana is our night lead at Granbury High School and is an asset to the school and district. Jovahana leads by example, has a great work ethic, has an eye for detail, and is firm, fair, and consistent with her team. Together, Jovahna and her team have raised the bar for the health and cleanliness of the facility. We thank you for your hard work, dedication to your team, and to the district.”
Mrs. Whiteley said the following about Marisol Castillo:
“Marisol has been a valued member of Granbury ISD Child Nutrition since 2022. She brings a smile, a positive attitude, and an infectious energy that brightens every room she enters. Marisol is truly a joy to be around. She is our Customer Care recipient because of her servant heart and unwavering dedication to her team, as well as to the students and staff at Acton Elementary.”
