2025-26 Operation Back to School Info
Q. What if a family REGISTERED but did not attend their assigned date on either August 5 or 9?
A. Backpacks filled with supplies have been labeled with the child’s name and is enroute to campuses.
Q. What if a family did not register but the Operation Back to School team put them on the WAIT LIST?
A. Many families who did not register by the deadline were put on an official Wait List. Extra backpacks filled with supplies will be distributed to those children who were already put on the wait list first. These families will be contacted directly by Operation Back to School with more info this week. (Note, some wait listed may be delivered with the registered category described above.)
Q. What if a family was neither registered nor put on the wait list but NEEDS ASSISTNANCE?
A. Any extras will be delivered to each campus’s Heavenly Closet. The campus may distribute per usual Heavenly Closet procedures. If the campus needs more, they may request a restock per usual Heavenly Closet procedures. Campuses will verify the family did not already receive assistance via the registered or wait list categories described above. By following these procedures, Operation Back to School will ensure families meet qualifications for assistance.
