Peachjar for Parents

How do parents receive or view the flyers?

Parents with an email address on file in Skyward will automatically have a Peachjar account created and will soon receive an email from Peachjar with account information so they can manage their account preferences. An account login is not required to view or receive flyers. Additionally, an online flyer board will be available for each school, as well as a district-wide flyer board.

Why am I not receiving the flyers?

There could be several possible reasons why you may not be receiving flyers:

Your email address is not on file. To resolve this issue, update using the Student Information Change Form.
Peachjar emails are going to your spam or junk folder. To resolve this issue, add [email protected] to your contacts or safe senders list.
Images in Peachjar emails have been disabled.To resolve this issue, select "Always Display Images" in your email settings.
You unsubscribed. Visit Peachjar to resubscribe and manage communication preferences.

Important: Parent Preferences

Please note that Peachjar is used exclusively for the distribution of district- and school-approved flyers and parent email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Parents have the option to opt out of Peachjar emails without unsubscribing from important district and campus news notifications.

Peachjar for Staff

How do staff members request the posting of a flyer?

Staff members who wish to post a flyer about a school group or affiliate organization, may email the information (flyer attached as a PDF) to Lissa Oliver to request the posting of their flyer. There is no cost to school groups or affiliate organizations to post a flyer.

How do PTOs, Booster Clubs, and student activity groups request the posting of a flyer?

Staff members who serve as the sponsor or advisor of an approved organization may contact Lissa Oliver to receive their staff Peachjar account credentials and follow the instructions to upload a flyer to the site. This will allow them to upload their own flyers and access parent engagement metrics. There is no cost to school groups or affiliate organizations to post a flyer.

Important: Fundraisers

Please note that flyers promoting fundraisers may not be posted until the activity has received final approval as documented on the Approved Fundraisers page.

What about staff-specific flyers?

There is an online flyerboard tailored just for district staff. The flyerboard will be shared in the weekly staff newsletter and is also available on the list of District Flyerboards.

How do business and organizations request the posting of a flyer?

Our district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than it would cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. Read the Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps below to submit your flyer for district approval.

Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer

After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.

Flyer Approval Guidelines

-Support the basic educational mission of the district and directly benefit the students or be of intrinsic value to the students.
-Should not promote the use or sale of materials or services that are illegal or inconsistent with school objectives, including, but not limited to, materials or advertisements for tobacco, intoxicants, movies, or products unsuitable for children.
-Should not be lewd, obscene, libelous, or slanderous.
-Should not discriminate against, attack, or denigrate any group on account of gender, race, age, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, or other unlawful consideration.
-Should not incite students to commit unlawful acts, violate school rules, or disrupt the orderly operation of the schools.
-Should not promote any particular political interest, candidate, party, or ballot measure, unless the candidates or advocates from all sides are provided the opportunity to present their views to the students during school hours or scheduled events.

-Should not imply the school district’s endorsement of any identified product or service.
