Book Fair
Book Fair Information
In Granbury ISD, we strive to provide not only educational books for our students but also stories from differing perspectives that allow students to see themselves and grow in empathy for others. The Book Fair is an opportunity for all students to find books that are meaningful for them, but it is certainly not required for any student to participate in or purchase any books at the Book Fair.
A few details:
- The Book Fair cannot guarantee the availability of all books on its preview list. Some books may not be available, and others may be substituted with different titles. Therefore, knowing exactly what books may be available at the Book Fair until it is delivered is impossible.
- The Book Fair is NOT considered library materials or instructional materials, so campuses have the freedom to organize it in a way that best meets the needs of their community. Teachers should use the library catalog when creating their wish list.
- The choice of what books are displayed and sold at your campus Book Fair is a principal/campus decision.
