I grew up in El Paso, Texas, and graduated with a degree in Biology from West Texas A&M University, where I played football.  I worked in sales for five years in Amarillo before deciding to move closer to my family, and pursue my passions in education.  I have been happily married to my wife for two years now, and she is also a middle school teacher at another middle school. We are expecting our first child this November, 2020. We live with our 6 month old chocolate labrador retriever named Moose, who enjoys stealing our socks, and who believes that she is people.  In 2018-2019 I worked in a behavior intervention classroom at Worley Middle School in Mansfield, before applying to GISD.  I began teaching at AMS in August 2019, and I will be teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Science, along with coaching football and track.  

I am very excited to teach your child this year, and would be happy to discuss our plan for success.
