My name is Jonniece Courtney. I am 38 years old and I love being a teacher. This is my 14th year teaching at Baccus. I was a classroom teacher for 13 years, ranging from first to fifth grade. This year I am so excited to be the PE teacher! I grew up in Hamilton, Texas, where I went to elementary, junior high, and high school. When I graduated from high school, I went to Tarleton State University, where I obtained a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have a 12 year old son, named Tanner, who keeps me extremely busy. I look forward to all of the exciting things that this school year will bring. I am so excited to work with your child!
