Granbury Middle School held a National Junior Honor Society induction ceremony the evening of May 22, 2023.

Founded in 1929, the NJHS is a worldwide organization that recognizes and encourages academic achievement while developing other characteristics essential to citizens in a democracy.  Students are evaluated by the five values of citizenship, service, leadership, scholarship, and character.  They must maintain high grades and become good citizens through participation in service projects. 

The NJHS sponsor at Granbury Middle School is Anita Gill.

The Granbury Middle School students inducted were CJ Blum, Ashtyn Britton, Lyric Carlson, Madelyn Caskey, Desiree Elliott, Kasen Engel, Ailyne Espinoza, Lauren Fejfar, Laney Gibson, Mia Guerrero, Alicia Jaimes, McKenzie Lavan, Ava Mallory, Caden McCarthy, Reigan Murell, Ashley Olea, Peyton Robertson, Liam Streiff, Rory Weldon, Alana White, Carter Wilson, and Brilynne Worlow.
