Granbury ISD students are showing their college spirit throughout the school year. The first observance was on September 26, 2019.
Each six weeks on the day that report cards are distributed, campuses are holding a College Spirit Day. Students and staff are encouraged to wear a shirt or jersey representing their favorite college or university.
“Spirit days like this are all about opportunity,” said superintendent Dr. Jeremy Glenn. “Granbury teachers work hard every day not only to instruct and educate and but also to make sure every student realizes his or her potential to have a bright future. We want to empower our students for an ever-changing world and to help mold them into inspired, contributing citizens.”
