Several Granbury High School soccer players were named to All-District teams following the 2020-21 season. 

Six Pirates qualified for the District 5-5A squads: 

• First Team: Blake Wann (senior), defender
• Second Team: Drew Henderson (sophomore), forward
• Honorable Mention: Weston Cantrell (freshman), defender; Oliver Espinosa (senior), midfielder; Luis Hernandez Zuniga (senior), midfielder; Dylan Livingston (sophomore), midfielder 

For the Lady Pirates, freshman Emery Kirby was named Co-Newcomer of the Year and led the group of eight from GHS. 

Other picks for the Granbury girls were: 

• First Team: Maddie Black (sophomore), midfielder; Aubrey Kirby (senior), forward
• Second Team: Caylin Damron (junior), defender and keeper; Malayke Harris (junior), defender
• Honorable Mention: Laura Burch (junior); Dominique Callahan (freshman); Jadee Drum (senior); Kailey Norrod (senior) 

In addition to Granbury, District 5-5A is composed of Aledo, Azle, Brewer, Wichita Falls, and Wichita Falls Rider.
