The GHS Band Winter Guard had an outstanding show at a North
Texas Colorguard Association competition held February 25, 2017, at Byron
Nelson High School in Trophy Club.
The group placed second in the novice
division of the contest, having previously competed during events at Alvarado
High School on February 4 and Frisco Centennial on February 24.
They are led by color guard
instructor Kelli Godi, who also teaches fifth grade at Mambrino School.
