Granbury Middle School and Acton Middle School bands earned superior ratings at UIL contest held April 12-13, 2017, at Burleson Centennial High School.

 

The GMS honors band, GMS symphonic band, AMS honors band, and AMS symphonic band all earned Division I superior ratings for concert performances.  All four ensembles received Division II excellent ratings in sightreading.

 

The students are led by GMS directors Michele Kahne and James Beeson and AMS directors John Morgan and Stephanie Bosch.

 

Granbury High School wind ensemble, symphonic band, and concert band will compete April 18-19 at Burleson High School.
