MAMBRINO GOING “UNDER THE SEA” ON MAY 4

Mambrino
School will present the musical Disney’s The
Little Mermaid Jr. on Thursday, May 4, 2017.
The
performance will begin at 6:30 P.M. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5
for students and staff. Children under
two years of age are free.
According to Music Theatre
International, in a magical underwater kingdom, the beautiful young mermaid,
Ariel, longs to leave her ocean home – and her fins – behind and live in the
world above. But first, she'll have to defy her father, King Triton, make a
deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, and convince the handsome Prince Eric
that she's the girl whose enchanting voice he's been seeking.
Starring
in the musical are Alexis Adair, Lily Bridges, Alexis Czernik, Sarah Drake, Kennedy
Griffin, Eva Keisler, Peyton Johnson, Carter Mager, Cadence Morisette, Hayden
Procter, Jaxon Sherrill, Remi Twigg, and Alex Vargas – with a special
appearance by principal Stacie Brown.
Other players are Kendall
Arista, Kailey Brooks-Mayeux, Adison David, Lailoni Martinez, Lacey McLemore,
Isabella Garcia, AJ Greene, Sydney McDowell, Kara Moody, McKenna Moreno, Elizabeth
Tuel, Savannah Tuel, Emily Warren, and Haley White.
Rounding out the ensemble and
chorus are Danielle Ballez, Shelby Beech, Chris Bevills, Tyler Broune, Lola
Coker, Cheyenne Haggerton, Ariel Jiminez, Jada Mobley, Jairo Salas, Carli
Saldivar, Cameron Sefcik, Isabella Vazquez, Jalyn Watson, Nakia Williams, McKinley
Woodley, and Zoe Wyant.
Directing the production is first
grade teacher Caitlan Leblo with assistance from several parents and staff
members.
