Choirs from Acton Middle School and Granbury Middle School received sweepstakes honors at UIL concert and sightreading contest held March 2-3, 2022, at Aledo High School.

Several choirs of seventh and eighth graders earned sweepstakes by receiving Division I superior ratings in both concert and sightreading performances.

Earning the top rating from judges in both portions were the AMS varsity girls, AMS varsity boys, GMS varsity girls, GMS varsity boys, and GMS non-varsity girls.

AMS non-varsity boys and non-varsity girls received top marks for sightreading and excellent ratings for their stage performances.
