Acton Middle School and Granbury Middle School bands won sweepstakes honors at UIL concert and sightreading contest on March 30-31, 2022, at Cleburne High School.

Both the AMS and GMS honors bands earned Division I superior ratings from judges for both stage and sightreading performances.  The AMS symphonic band also earned top marks in both areas to earn sweepstakes at the Region 30 south zone competition.

The GMS symphonic band received a Division I superior rating for its concert performance and an excellent rating in sighteading.

Granbury High School bands will perform at UIL competition on April 12-13 at Burleson High School.
