been on the road during March 2015 competing in state livestock shows and
seeing the state legislative process up close.

Granbury FFA president Sam Spradlin has
been on the road during March 2015 competing in state livestock shows and
seeing the state legislative process up close.Spradlin, a senior at Granbury High School, won first place in
class 5 of market medium wool lamb in the Houston Livestock Stock Show &
Rodeo on March 14. He sold his lamb
through the Sale of Champions following the show.
On
March 25, Spradlin was in Austin for the 4-H Day at the Capitol. He serves on the 4-H state council as
District 8 representative. Hundreds of
4-H members from throughout the state rallied at the capitol to learn about the
legislative process and visited with elected officials.
