Lolo Schroeder, setter on the Lady Pirate Volleyball team, earned her 1,500th assist during the varsity game on November 7, 2020, in Azle.

Schroeder, a Granbury High School senior, reached the milestone during Friday night game, which saw the Lady Pirates fall to the Azle Hornets (25-22, 14-25, 23-25, 24-26). 

Teammate Kaitlyn McCabe, the team libero, previously set a personal season record for 1,500 digs on October 9 following a victory over visiting Lubbock Cooper and Rockwall Heath at the James Wann Sports Center.

The Lady Pirates wrap up the 2020 regular season with a District 5-5A rematch against Azle on Friday, November 13 at home.  The team also scheduled a playoff warm up game on Monday, November 16 at Mansfield Lake Ridge.
