Hickey, who recently signed to play at Paris Junior College on a full scholarship, was selected to play in the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association’s All-Star Game.  Last year, he was named the district’s pitcher of the year and was also a second-team honoree as a sophomore in 2012.

Earning first-team honors were first baseman Tristan Fallin, catcher Landon Gray, shortstop Payton Rhodes, and third baseman Landon Weatherly.

On the second team was outfielder Kasey Hubbard. Honorable mention selections were outfielder Matthew Hickey and designated hitter Alex Kempf.
