SCENES FROM AROUND GRANBURY ISD

FEBRUARY 13 AND 16: Schools will dismiss classes early on Friday, February 13. Students will also have a holiday on Monday, February 16. On February 13, elementary and intermediate campuses will dismiss at 11:45 A.M. The middle schools, Crossland Ninth Grade Center, and Granbury High School will dismiss at 1:00 P.M. Buses will transport students home early based on this schedule. At STARS Accelerated High School, both sessions will meet in the morning and dismiss at 11:30 A.M.
Teachers and staff will have a workday following the student release on February 13 and then have professional development training all day on February 16.The Extended School Day program will be open until 6:00 P.M. on February 13 and will be closed on February 16.
UPCOMING PARENT MEETINGS: Middle schools will host important 6th and 7th grade parent meetings for 2015-16 scheduling on Tuesday, February 17 at 6:00 P.M. at AMS and GMS.
