The GHS Cheerleaders (left) and Stowaways (center) have named new squads for the 2015-16 school year. The AMS Honors Band (right) won first place in the TMEA regional honor band competition and advanced to the area round, where the ensemble was fourth.

May 27, 2015 - Granbury High School and Crossland Ninth Grade Center theater students received awards for acting and production work at a banquet on May 26, 2015, at Granbury Church of Church.

May 26, 2015 - Amy Adams, a fifth grader at Oak Woods School, was pronounced the winner of a Memorial Day essay contest during a community celebration on May 25, 2015.

 

GRANBURY SCHOOLS TO END YEAR WITH EARLY DISMISSAL

May 26, 2015 - Schools in Granbury ISD will dismiss classes early on Monday, June 1, 2015, which is the last day of the school year for students. STARS Accelerated High School students will have classes through Friday, June 5.

 

OAK WOODS STUDENTS EXPERIENCE A DAY OF DRUMMING

May 26, 2015 - Oak Woods School students experienced a “Day of Drumming” and learned a lot of cultural lessons on May 20, 2015.
