Granbury High School seniors celebrated college during a Decision Day parade on May 19, 2022.

The annual event allows all graduating seniors to join in groups reflecting their respective college, university, or technical school. Clad in school colors, the students marched through the halls of the high school.  They were joined by teachers and staff who attended those schools.

Finishing up in Pirate Gym, the group of more than 200 students heard from Granbury mayor Jim Jarrett, who spoke about the importance of college and students succeeding in school to prepare them for their post-secondary studies.
