Law and public safety is part of the Granbury ISD career and technical education program.  Classes are offered to provide overviews for jobs in public service as well as local, state, and federal law enforcement.  Students explore the legal system in addition to constitutional and criminal law through mock trials, traffic stops, arrest procedures, and court systems.  Advanced courses are available in criminal investigation, forensic science, forensic psychology, and practicums with local agencies.

Davis leads the law and public safety classes, while forensics is taught by Darlene Windham.  Serving as mentors are individuals with the sheriff’s office and Granbury Police Department.
