Students from Acton Middle School and Granbury Middle School performed with the All-Region Band during a clinic and concert on December 2-3, 2016, at Weatherford High School.

The tryouts for the Texas Music Educators Association’s new Region 30 featured hundreds of students from schools around Fort Worth mostly in Ellis, Johnson, Hood, Parker, Palo Pinto, Somervell, and Tarrant counties. Auditions were held November 12 in Aledo.
