Acton Middle School National Junior Honor Society

Thirty-six Acton Middle School students were inducted into the National Junior Honor Society during a morning ceremony on October 15, 2020. 

The students joining NJHS are:  Wesley Black, Blakely Bleeker, Blake Bramlett, Caiden Carroll, Alyssa Carter, Kyler Crites, Vanessa D’Angelo, Sarah Drake, Sterling Dunagan, Norah Edwards, Kiara Favela, Fayth Fry, Kennedy Gibson, Quinn Gregory, Korben Jacobs, Colton Jernigan, Grace Jimenez, Quinn King, Michael Kracy, Jayci Lashley, Derek Marquardt, Allyson McCabe, Lilyan McCall, Elise Mikulskis, Riley Noah, Peter O’Carroll, Alexis Record, Carter Riley, Elliott Roe, Grant Rogers, Addison Shipp, Cooper Shipp, Ana Torres, Keiry Urquiza, Jacob Welch, Jacob Wolfe. 

Founded in 1929, the NJHS is a worldwide organization that recognizes and encourages academic achievement while developing other characteristics essential to citizens in a democracy.  Students are evaluated by the five values of citizenship, service, leadership, scholarship, and character.  They must maintain high grades and become good citizens through participation in service projects.
