The Granbury Marine Corps JROTC was honored by State Senator Brian Birdwell at the Military Officers Association of America dinner on September 17, 2013, at the Pecan Plantation clubhouse.

The award was presented for “dedication and preparation for service to our great country.”

MOAA is a national organization representing the interests of military officers and their families at every stage of their careers. The local chapter supports the Granbury cadets in many ways.
