Cadet Private First Class Destiny Dean-Pelfrey, a freshman at Crossland Ninth Grade Center, was honored as the Cadet of the Quarter for the Granbury Marine Corps JROTC on December 16, 2013.
Making the presentation were representatives of the Comanche Peak Detachment of the Marine Corps League.
Outstanding military conduct and personal appearance, active participation in JROTC events, and exemplary performance of their duties are among the criteria for the award presented three times each school year.
The award consists of a canteen cup engraved with an eagle, globe, anchor, and the cadet’s name.Links to Remember:
