Granbury High School and Crossland Ninth Grade Center choirs excelled during the Region 7 UIL concert and sightreading contest held April 9-11, 2014, at Fort Worth Southwest High School and Weatherford High School.
The GHS varsity mixed choir, the GHS varsity ladies choir, and the Crossland ladies choir all earned the top recognition – Division I superior ratings for both their concert and sightreading performances.
The GHS varsity mens choir and the Crossland mens choir received top marks for their sightreading and stage performances respectively and excellent ratings in the other portion of the contest.
GHS and Crossland choirs are directed by Joy Hope and Greg Doss.
