LADY PIRATE VOLLEYBALL PLAYER BOUND FOR SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA

Chelsea White, a member of the Granbury Lady Pirate volleyball team, signed a letter of intent to join the college team at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  Her signing was held on May 27, 2010, at Granbury High School.

 

White was a member of the varsity team during the 2009 volleyball season, which saw the Lady Pirates advance to the Class 4A regional quarterfinals.

 

As a senior, White received first-team All-District honors and was named Academic All-State.  She also received the team’s Most Valuable Player award.

 

The Southeastern Savage Storm volleyball team competes in the Lone Star Conference of NCAA Division II.
