The Granbury Pirates led the District 15-4A team, following their fourth consecutive district championship. Thirteen players and the head coach received all-district honors.
The honors follow the boys advancing to the bi-district playoff game in Class 4A post-season play.
Leading the Granbury contingent was senior Michael Horn, junior Thomas Schloeman, and sophomore Shaun Gomez. Schloeman was named Most Valuable Player, while Horn was selected Defensive Most Valuable Player. Gomez earned defensive newcomer recognition.
Head coach Doug Kissinger also received Coach of the Year honors for the second-straight year.
Seniors Dylan Francis and Taylor Green along with juniors Erick Garcia and Julio Moreno were named to the first team. Selected for the second team were senior Patrick Vasquez and juniors Aaron Gentry and Matt Rose. Receiving honorable mention recognition were seniors Edgar Hernandez and Zach Oakley along with sophomore Christian Carnes.

The complete list selected for the all-district honors is below:
- Most Valuable Player: Thomas Schloeman
- Defensive Most Valuable Player: Michael Horn
- Defensive Newcomer of the Year: Shaun Gomez
- First Team: Dylan Francis, Erick Garcia, Taylor Green, Julio Moreno
- Second Team: Aaron Gentry, Matt Rose, Patrick Vasquez
- Honorable Mention: Christian Carnes, Edgar Hernandez, Zach Oakley
- Coach of the Year: Doug Kissinger
Schloeman was selected Offensive Most Valuable Player in 2011 and was Offensive Newcomer of the Year as a freshman in 2010. He was also an all-region honoree last year.
Last season, Rose won superlative honors as defensive newcomer. Francis, Green, Hernandez, and Horn were first-team selections. Francis was on the first team in 2010 as well.
In addition to Granbury, the district includes Alvarado, Cleburne, Crowley, Joshua, and Venus.
