ABOUT
Extracurricular programs are extensions of our classrooms, and as such, PTO / Booster Clubs play an important role in helping all GISD students graduate with every option open. These supportive organizations make GISD a great place for students to learn, and we are grateful to have you as partners. On behalf of our Board of Trustees, students, and staff, we thank you for all that you do.

UIL Guidelines for Booster Clubs
 
ANNUAL TRAINING / MEETING
Organization presidents, treasurers, and employee sponsors will be required to complete the annual training via a recorded presentation that can be taken at each person's convenience. The required training will cover district guidelines, UIL guidelines, document submission, fundraising, and more. Training completion will be tracked by an electronic acknowledgement form. In addition, organization officers and employee sponsors will be invited to optional, come & go meetings should they have further questions or need in-person assistance. The link to 2026-27 required training and dates/times of optional meetings will be posted soon. 
FUNDRAISING ACTIVITY FORMS
